Wilbourn Ave., Gail, TX 79738; 806-756-4415), property values are set by the Borden County Appraisal District, and the case is on file with the Borden County District Clerk. All of it is public and can be checked before you decide anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From there, people usually resolve the lawsuit with an attorney, look into a payment arrangement, or sell their portion, which takes them off the lawsuit without needing everyone else to agree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A couple of questions we hear a lot in Borden County:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>It&#8217;s ranch land none of us use.
