“My brother won’t sign anything.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“My sister is living in the house and won’t pay the taxes.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The family wants to resolve a property situation, but one person is standing in the way. Sometimes intentionally. Sometimes through silence, illness, or absence. Either way, the result is the same. Nothing moves forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
