For a lot of people, the property and the taxes aren’t even the worst part. It’s the family. The idea of getting on the phone with relatives you don’t talk to, reopening old tensions, or trying to herd a bunch of people who can’t agree on anything is exhausting before it even starts. You’d rather handle a lawsuit than a family meeting, and you definitely don’t want to be the one stuck negotiating with everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
